I think sometimes my role is to overwhelmingly just bombard people with ideas and thoughts and possibilities about what the future is.

I don't want to try and tell anyone what they should be doing or what they should be considering.

But I do feel there's a huge responsibility when you're working with seniors to get as many possibilities in front of them as you can, while also realizing they need to learn to guide themselves.

They do not benefit from being told every second of every day, Here's what you got to do.

That's not really what they're life is going to look like in the next couple of years.

They need to have some balance of finding things for themselves, while collaborating with others, developing collegial relationships that are not just authority driven.
