Marsha Wynecoop is the Language Program Manager for the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Marsha has worked tirelessly with tribe elders developing ways to ensure the survival of the native language and culture by creating teaching curriculum for the local schools and starting the first Immersion school in her area.
