NOW WE'RE CHALLENGING YOU TO DESIGN YOUR OWN RUBBER BAND-POWERED ROVER INSPIRED BY THE ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE'S NASA DESIGNING TO HANDLE THE MOON'S DUSTY, RUGGED TERRAIN.
