Some New Jersey mega-sites could be reopened to handle the demand.
Some people who got their initial COVID-19 shots when vaccines first became available in NJ are lining up to get booster shots, even though they may not meet the CDC's strict eligibility requirements. Third shots are supposed to be limited to those with compromised immune systems or who have had organ transplants. Those giving the shots don’t ask for that information and many people don’t tell.
