When I was a little girl, on a hot day like today, my grandmother would always make me a nice cold drink.

You might have had a milkshake... or a smoothie... but I make something called a lassi.

You can make one with a grown-up, too!

It's a madani.

I use it to mix things, like a whisk!

My grandma showed me how to add the yogurt first, and then... 'Mix, mix, mix around, until no lumps are found!'

Once the yogurt is smooth, that's when you know it's time to add the milk and sugar.

Ahh, that madani sound reminds me of my grandma.
