Eating Psychology

Eating Psychology with Betty 102

Episode 2 | 26m 46sVideo has Closed Captions

Can we tell when we are hungry?

We really have no clue whether we are hungry or not, as the smell and sight of food can make us hungry and we each differ in what environmental cues make us feel hungry. We also eat from force of habit, whether we are truly hungry or not. Analyzing these external cues that make you hungry or make you eat can help you change your eating habits, if you wish to do so.
