The State of Michigan has been hit hard by the Coronavirus, with over 50,000 cases and some 5,000 deaths. In addition, more than 22% of workers are now unemployed and the State is projecting a $6.2 billion budget gap. Plans are now underway for the gradual reopening of the economy. We’ll take a closer look at that plan.
