Joanne: IN ORDER TO EARN THE WOODLAND PROPERTIES HAVE TO BE AND FIBER, BUT ALSO FOR OTHER Tony: THEY'RE LOOKING AT THAT YOU WOULD GET FROM FOREST CLEAN WATER, WILDLIFE HABITAT, PROTECTION OF WETLAND AREAS.
