Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke delivers his first State of the City address of his second term in office. He was re-elected at the end of 2015. The mayor talks about using funding from the Tropicana Casino move to land. Initiatives include road improvements, a land bank, a new indoor swimming pool, renovating Mesker Amphitheater, and the development of Roberts Park.
