Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorshipWell, today we're down in kosciusko county.
Heading over to our friends in Warsaw.
Thank you guys for having us.
To this beautiful space that you have here.
Boundless co-creation studio.
This is really a collaborative space that you have here, isn't it, Holly?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
We're just a group of practitioners and coaches looking at helping people through, you know, things like anxiety and stress and burnout, and a variety of different ways.
I love that.
And on this studio space, I mean, this is brand new.
You guys have been here for less than a year now.
How has the community received the space here?
Oh, it's been fantastic.
Every time somebody walks in, they just take a deep breath and they're like, wow.
So calm.
Yeah.
That's how I felt as soon as I watched, it was like, calm.
And it's peaceful.
Right.
That's what we're going for.
I love it.
Now, there are a couple practitioners here, like you said.
What are the areas that you guys are focusing on that people can come in and they can book a session or an experience with you.
Yeah.
I mean, we help people with all sorts of things.
I would say probably the most common are anxiety, depression and burnout.
And Erin I don't know if you have anything else that you want to add to that.
Yeah.
So we have a variety of modalities.
We have the harmonic egg.
We also have hypnotherapy, reiki, aromatherapy.
And then we all three do ongoing coaching.
I love that.
And we're kind of standing in like the yoga area right here on the hear about that Erin.
Yeah.
So we offer yoga classes.
We have two.
It's two instructors.
I'm one of them.
And we also have Megan.
She's wonderful.
And then I also offer 1 to 1 yoga with clients.
Now talk about why that's important to do one on one yoga.
Yeah.
So a lot of people are intimidated to go to a yoga class or they have something very specific that they want to focus on.
Maybe they got diagnosed with a really scary condition.
Yeah, maybe they have an injury.
So being able to work with them 1 to 1, I can tailor their experience and then give them things to working on and provide online videos and things like that.
I love that.
I feel like anytime I've had yoga or done a yoga class, I have an old arm injury, which you guys all remember.
I had surgery for that and I'm always like, okay, what's the modification?
What's the modification?
And and yoga's really like a peaceful time.
So even being able to do one on one is a great opportunity for someone like me who maybe is like, okay, pause.
Tell me how I can do this differently if I don't hurt myself, right?
Absolutely.
I love that.
Okay.
And now, okay, we have to talk about this.
Egg you think you're right.
This is a big deal.
Yep.
It is a big deal.
Okay.
There's nothing else like this here in Michiana, right?
Correct.
We're the only one in Michiana.
There's only three in Indiana.
And yeah, super unique sound and light therapy that we're able to use to address again, any type of physical or emotional condition.
But specifically, we've seen a ton of progress with our clients who are battling anxiety, depression and some neurological conditions, like even concussions.
Really?
Yeah, I like that, I love that.
And you guys have you some background experience in this kind of stuff too?
How are you bringing your past experiences into coaching and just the physicality of what you're doing here?
Yeah, so each of us has been in a different area of corporate life, and had different experiences myself, I was in the orthopedic industry as an executive for 20 years.
I've battled cancer and a lot of other different life things that are not unique to me, but, many, many people battle the same.
And so we're bringing all of that here.
Just lessons learned, right?
And different modalities, things that we want to share with as many people as possible so that we can all live happier, healthier lives.
And we don't have to give everything up in order to do that.
We just need to build some new habits.
I love it, it is more of a natural way to do it.
Yes, very.
Everything we do here is a holistic approach to wellness from the inside out.
I love that.
Okay, now, Erin, you have to tell me about your hypnotherapy.
What kind of person would come and get hypnotherapy.
session with you.
Like what?
What what does that work?
What do you work with?
I work with a variety of things I would narrow that down to.
It's typically anxiety, depression or a habit change.
So whether that's quitting eating sugar or smoking or trying to just start to exercise, for some reason they just can't get motivated.
But then sometimes it's deeper, heavier things like anxiety or depression that maybe somebody has been in talk therapy for years and they just feel like they need something else.
Yeah, just a little boost, something to kind of get things changed up a bit.
And hypnotherapy is really great for making some connections and getting into that subconscious and reprograming your thoughts.
And I think we we both do that and with either the harmonic egg coaching, hypnotherapy, Reiki all kind of plays well together.
And our coaching programs and our upcoming retreats incorporate all the things.
Yeah.
So, okay, wait, you said retreat?
Yeah.
Okay.
Now let's talk about that.
What that looks like.
So in July, we're hosting our first women's only retreat on Winona Lake.
It's a three day retreat, and it's really just aimed at those women that we mentioned burn out, right?
We hear all the time.
And so we're really focusing on those women that feel like, I don't know how to make the change, that I feel that I need to make.
And maybe they know what the change might be.
Maybe they don't.
But really exploring everything behind.
What has you feeling?
Real stressed over that and then discovering some ways to move forward.
Whether it is a giant change, maybe sometimes it doesn't have to be.
Sometimes it's just a matter of like calming your own thoughts and realizing gratitude for where you are, and then that's where you end up saying, so I love that you said that too, because it's not always I need to make a big change.
Sometimes it's just a small shift.
Yeah, sometimes it's just looking at things in a different perspective.
And that's what you guys are doing here.
Yeah, yeah.
And our retreats, as Erin mentioned, just to add one more thing, they will incorporate all of our coaching and a hypnotherapy yoga.
It pretty much brings everything together.
And this is a great space that you have here.
Is it also available.
Can people rent this space?
Absolutely, yes.
This space this two studio space specifically is for rent.
So if anybody wants to host their own classes, okay.
Like creativity workshops or things like that, painting classes are a common thing.
But they can host that here.
They just pay a fee to me and then they collect all their own ticket money and so forth.
That's awesome.
Okay, well, let's go check out this egg.
Okay, okay, let's do it.
All right, so this is you said it's the only one like this in Michiana.
Absolutely.
Only we want to Michiana and know we're saying.
And you guys are going to see this.
I already had a little sneak peek of it, but it is it's really a calming component.
Yeah it is including light and light and music.
Music.
Okay.
And so look at this, you guys.
You see that you had to build it in here.
I'm assuming.
Right?
Yes.
There were people that came in, professionals, not myself, that came out to build this for us.
So can I go in?
Absolutely.
Have a seat.
So tell me how this works now.
Yeah.
So what we're going to do is we'll have a little intake session before you go in.
And then we'll come in here with an intention of what you want to work on.
Okay.
That could be physical.
It could be emotional.
They're usually tied together, whether you realize that or not.
Okay.
And then I'm going to ask you to get comfortable.
And we may lean you back or not.
You do that.
Do you want me to do that?
Yeah.
Should we do that?
I know my, My little switch, little button for me.
Right.
Sorry to get in your space.
Let me.
But just so also.
And then I will.
Let's see.
Let me back.
And you tell me where it's comfortable.
All right.
This is good.
All right, all right.
So I'm going to set this up.
I'm going to lock you in.
In what?
The chair.
I'm not going to lock you in the doors.
People do ask me that.
I do not lock you in the egg.
Okay.
There was an exit.
There is an exit.
I am going to choose the colors based on what it is that we're intending to work on.
Intersect.
And then I'll choose the music based on the same thing.
So it's going to be different each time, probably depending on what you're focusing on.
Right.
Exactly.
Okay, I love that.
And then, you're in here for 50 minutes.
So 40 minutes of music, ten minutes of silence.
So, I put you here and I'll close the doors, and then you're in here by yourself to just work through whatever it is that you need to work.
I love it.
Okay, so I know we're almost out of time.
Yeah, but tell me, how can people get scheduled with you guys, or do you have drop ins?
How does this work?
Yeah.
So you, We are by appointment only for these types of therapies.
And you can call us at (574) 208-3868, or you can go to Boundless Co studio.com and book right online.
And do you guys have your class sessions available.
Yes.
All of our class sessions and schedules are available online.
There's specifically something that says classes on the menu.
We do host yoga classes that can be drop in.
We also have specialty classes throughout the month, where people, practitioners come in and host their own classes.
So it changes up every month.
I love that.
So you guys got to get this.
Let's let's get this music started.
I'm ready.
Oh you are.
Yeah.
All right.
Do it.
Let's do it.
I'm ready to relax.
All right, here we go.
It's very zen like.
