- [chirps] - People from long ago thought they saw all kinds of different things on the Moon.
An old Chinese legend says it's a Moon rabbit.
- Moon rabbit?
Yeah!
I can see it.
- And some people saw a Moon raven.
- Moon rabbit, Moon bird, Moon face.
What's next?
A Moon sunspot?
- [chirping] [laughter] - It's you.
- It's great that people see all those things, but still, it just looks like a face, you guys.
- Well, it looks like the Moon face looks happy tonight.
Look at all of these pictures I drew of the Man in the Moon.
- [laughs] I love these!
- Thank.
See?
The Moon looked happy to me this night.
Then he seemed sad.
This night, he looked excited.
And last night he looked surprised.
- [laughs] You have a great imagination, Mindy.
- Yeah, that's good research, but we still don't know what makes those dark shapes.
- Exactly, Sean-zo!
What does make those facey shapes?
- [shrieking] [beeping] - Sunspot says it's shadows that are making the face.
- I don't think it's shadows, Jet.
- But something's making the face.
What is it?
- Time to do more research.
Booyah!
[upbeat music] ♪ ♪ - [groans] ♪ ♪ - [laughs] ♪ ♪ - [squeaks] - Yo!
[laughter] ♪ ♪ - [struggling efforts] - [groans] ♪ ♪ - [clears throat] We have found no evidence that shadows make a Moon face.
