Experts like epidemiologist Dr. Stephanie Silvera of Montclair State University are advising people to br cautious as we head into the colder months, when indoor activities bring a higher risk “not just for COVID, but also for flu, and so we need to encourage people to get both their COVID vaccine as well as their flu vaccine.”
