Researchers at Lenoir-Rhyne University are tracking herons and egrets using fit-bit like devices and GPS. Texas scientists are searching for a vaccine for tuberculosis. And reviewing footage of different types of drops, an applied mathematician records and measures where they disperse in order to better understand how diseases spread.
