Chinese economic development expert Einar Tangen explains why Wisconsin landing Foxconn may not be all it is cracked up to be. He believes the deal could be good for Wisconsin's business and real estate community, but notes it will not benefit most Wisconsinites, especially those living in the northern part of the state.
