In 1915, a passenger ship called the Eastland capsized in the Chicago River, and it remains the deadliest maritime disaster in Great Lakes history. A new documentary captures the story of what some have called “the blue-collar Titanic.” Great Lakes Now host Ward Detwiler talks with the filmmakers.
