- The best part is I put Power Hearts in a place where everyone can see them.
Let's Go!
(cheerful music) - [Ambarella] First I'm putting glue on the wall, where I think I want the Power Heart to go.
I started the Power Hearts when I was going through a hard time in my life.
I would leave messages around the neighborhood, for myself, to cheer myself up, and encourage myself to go on about my day.
Power Hearts are supposed to be reminders and words of encouragement, reminders that you are loved, you are worth it.
Now I can put this heart up against the glue, that looks good.
So I'm going press it against the wall so that it sticks, and next I'm going to put a layer of glue overtop of it to seal it.
I have hearts near where people like to go in the morning, sometimes in the morning people might wake up grumpy and they nee a little message to cheer them up on their way to work.
So next I'm going to use my hand to make sure it's all coated.
I like this part, it's okay to make messes.
(laughter) Now the Power Heart is stuck to the wall, and once it dries this will be clear again and you'll be able to see the black heart and the white letters, that say, "You are loved."
And that is how I make a Power Heart.
- I've seen these around the neighborhood, they always cheer me up when I walk by them.

Sir Hug sometimes felt a bit out of sorts, like he couldn't keep up when playing knight sports.
(whistle blowing) He wanted to join them to be able to play, but he still felt to shy, today wasn't the day.
The next morning, while out on a walk around town, our knight tripped over a log and fell on the ground.

Finally they turned to the small knight, in sync.
- [Albie] Sir Hug it's your turn.
- What do you think?
- [Zia] The small knight had an idea, but the words just wouldn't come out, he was just a new knight, what did he know about?
He stared at friends, the word stuck in his brain, he wanted to share them, but was too shy to explain.
He ran off to hide, left the egg with his friends, he sat for a break where the drawbridge ends.
Our poor little knight, he was upset, then he heard... - [Wizard] Wish things were a bit different I bet?

- Hey wizard, hey little knight, my name is Malik, is everything all right?
- Well my friend here is trying to get a golden egg to crack but he's scared to share his idea, he's stuck holding back.
- I get it small knight, really I do, but you know what I find to be magically true?
That your friends are there wishing they'd all hear from you.
Even if you're unsure, or you feel yourself shake, your ideas are important they're not a mistake.
See I wear a lot of hats, I teach, I write, I sing, and it happens that I often help knights with these things.
Using words in a wish, or syllables in a song, can express your ideas.

- I'm a kind friend and I help when I'm asked, at the playground or park I can run super fast.
- I make my friends laugh and smile when they're sad, I love making pancakes at home with my dad.
- I can be a bit quiet and I have lots of fears, but I'm always there for a friend with my listening ears.
If they are feeling lonely and want to talk, I can sit and listen or go with them for a walk.

Malik waved goodbye, the knight and wizard waived back, they felt better but still shy.

All that thinking and feeling has made me quite hungry.

- This is more than a snack, it's just what you wished.
Come closer to see it, I think it's quite cute.
- [Zia] He opened his hand and... - It's a lime, you know, fruit.
- [Zia] What was the deal, it was little and green, it looked totally normal like all limes that you've seen.
- This lime has a power, ancient and old, to help those that lick it open any egg of gold.
- [Zia] Extremely specific and just what he needed right now.
- It's yours if you want it.
- [Zia] The shocked knight wondered how, what were the odds?
