This week on "Good Sports" we look at a day of fun and fitness at a local elementary school. Every student at Allamanda Elementary in Palm Beach Gardens had the chance to do some hip hop dancing and play the rhythm sticks during a special day at the school. Host Ric Blackwell also introduces us to wonderful organization that features high school girls mentoring middle school girls.
