When excessive storm water runoff was causing flooding problems for the residents of Easton, PA, local government got together with the Bushkill Stream Conservancy, the Northampton County Conservation District and Lafayette College to come up with a solution. They not only solved the problem, but they created something educational, environmentally friendly, and beautiful too.
