Where do we go?
And we're.
Live in three.
Two.
What do you say?
Are you ready to make our show today?
Hey, we're gonna play create.
Here's what's on our show today.
We got puppets.
We have people.
We have places.
We have fun.
We have stories.
We got Newsday.
We got games.
We got you.
Hey, take it away.
Hey, take it away.
How you doing, Ray?
Oh, man.
I'm great.
That was so much fun having game night the other week.
Rover.
Yeah.
It was.
It was awesome.
I was glad that you came over.
And thank you for dinner.
That was great.
Yeah.
My pleasure.
All right, so, you know, we like to start the show off every week by asking a couple of questions of our friends.
So we asked, first of all, can you roll your tongue?
It looks like your tongue is rolled there, right?
That's the best I can do.
That's pretty good.
I cannot roll my tongue.
I've tried, but I just can't do it.
All right, well, the other question we asked is, which Great Lake is the greatest?
Do you have any thoughts on that one?
You're superior' kind of full of stuff, I think.
Well that's good.
I don't know if that's the bes judgment just because his name.
But, you know, I've had the opportunity to fly above them all.
Yes.
And I took, like, Michigan because I can go from Grand Rapids all the way to Chicago and then fly back up north but then I can go up to the up.
Then I could go all the way over to Canada.
So I guess I'm up.
I'm still deciding.
Well, you know, they're all pretty great.
I guess that's where the name comes from.
Right.
Yeah, but let's let's see what her friends thought.
So.
Okay.
This is our fun fact from our viewers today.
So of those this is the important part, though, of those who can roll their tongue.
Oh, 100% say that Michigan is the greatest great lake.
There's some pretty strong statistics.
Well, you know, you and I were both on board with, like, Michigan too.
So that's true.
Hooray for Lake Michigan.
Nice job everybody.
Nice.
Wow.
All right, well, that's fun.
All right.
It's a huge for truth already.
Wow.
Take on this dimension.
You never know.
I just how we played this game.
We don't know what's happening next.
It's up to you to choose, so you need to choos doorknob one, door number two.
What?
Don?
Number three.
And then once you choose we find out what we're gonna do.
Right.
So what?
You gotta.
You gotta guess that, right?
I go for one today.
You usually pretty good at this.
I'm gonna guess three.
Oh.
I leave number tw is the only other possibility.
That is true.
Oh, it has to.
What?
What's happening?
It's five.
Oh!
Tug of war.
I love this game.
Here's how we play right now.
If you're playing at hom on the play at home interface, your phone or table or other interconnected device, like maybe your refrigerator has turned into a remote control.
That screen is now yellow or purple.
That's what team you're on.
All right, so right now we want you to think as many words that you can think of that start with a letter A type them into your phon or your tablet or your computer or your internet connected refrigerator.
And right now it looks like purpl has the lead, but just barely.
There's still time to catch up.
Yellow.
We're typing of words that sound with the letter A there's you know, that seems like a tricky one.
Although you guys are doing pretty good.
We got Ant and Oddvar able.
Are you able to keep typing in words?
Oh.
Oh, look at.
I think yellow just took the lead back.
Anyhow.
I'm just thinking.
I like the music there.
This one too, at work.
I would love to see your artwork, Team Yellow.
You'll have to share that with us sometime.
And hey, at our show today.
Com.
And then after you send it to us, we can share with everybody else on the TV screen.
That would be great.
Oh, I love apples.
Have you ever had an apple the D. Yellow is taking the lead again.
Purple.
You got to start thinking of some words.
I pretty neat.
Oh, and that makes me think I gotta call my Aunt Matilda.
It's been a long time since I've spoken to her.
I wonder what her favorite great lake is.
I'm going to have to ask her.
Hello?
It's me.
Rover.
I was just wondering what's your favorite pink lake?
And then I'm thinking.
My aunt told him.
I say Rover.
I've never really thought about it before, but now that I'm giving a consideration.
Oh, is the game over already?
Why would it even get to call my Aunt Matilda?
I think that that might be a draw.
I think we might have to go back and look at the replay, but I'm going to say that that was a tie today.
I don't think we've ever ha a tie before, but we did today.
So nice job everybody.
You did great.
Yeah, that was great.
That was great.
Oh, man.
Hey, guys.
Kevin here.
And we get to write the world's best poem today.
For today.
No pressure, but for today.
Here' what I want you to help me with.
Fill in this word.
I can't believe I dropped the.
What could it be?
Do you have any ideas?
Look what I brought low.
Yes, yes, yes.
All right, well, let me get to the camera.
Hello, everybody.
I would like to help participate in this.
Today I was thinking maybe a word that could be actually this.
Yes.
This is something.
Maybe the word alligator.
Oh, that would be hard to rhyme with, though.
That would put me on the spot for sure.
I thought I should make this gelatin.
Oh, could I sing a song?
No, no, no we're working on a poem today.
We do sometimes do the world's best song.
Oh, I. Would like to be considered for that sometime.
Well, what's the first word going to be?
Friends?
I can't believe I dropped the ball.
You know, you're kind of like a ball.
Yeah so I do sometimes have people.
Wonder about that.
Okay, so we're going to come up with words.
Okay I got this for now.
We're going to come u with words that rhyme with ball.
And we'll come up with a little poem together.
I can't believe I dropped the ball of all the things that I could do.
Okay, I'm going to think about this though.
Call ma cough.
Okay.
Actually, if you coul help me out, that would be good.
Yes, I would be happy to help you go with the word tall to begin.
Okay.
We're going to use the word tall.
I can't believe I dropped the ball.
I was standing up.
Oh.
So tall.
Yes, that is a good start.
Let's see.
Another word to rhyme.
Shaw, could you use the word Shaw next?
Okay, I'll use the word Shaw.
I can't believe I dropped the ball.
I was standing up oh so tall.
And then the ball landed on the shawl.
Okay, let's wrap it up.
Yes, yes.
Let me see, doll small mom, let's go with the word fall.
Okay.
I got to end with fall.
Yes.
Okay.
I can't believe I dropped the ball.
I was standing up.
Oh so tall.
It landed right down on the shore.
And then.
Wait.
Do I go with the season of fall or, like, fall?
Fall?
So the fall, I dropped the ball.
So I got.
This is hard work, friends.
Working on a poem together.
Right.
But let's see.
Oh, no.
Do you have any.
How would you end this?
In fact, today's poem, I thin will be a work in progress here.
Here's how it begins.
I'll ask you to finish.
I can't believe I dropped the ball.
I was standing up oh so tall as it landed.
It landed on the shore.
And then we got to end with the word fall.
Yeah.
Oh.
Are you okay?
Yeah, I just I fell.
I hope everybody had their breakfast this morning, because this one is our most challengin of all the games that we play.
It's called what is it?
So here's what happens.
Actually I got to get confirmation from my producer Sam, first.
Hey, Sam.
Now, I know that we're always looking for a very specific answer on this one.
Right.
Is that right?
It needs to be a very specific answer.
Yes.
Very specific.
Okay.
All right.
So, you know, for example, if you did say ball like we just had in a poem, we wouldn't want a ball.
We would need very specifically what type of ball.
Like you have to get very descriptive with your answer here.
All right okay.
So here's what we're going to do.
We're going to zoo in really close up on something.
And then it's going to slowly zoom out.
And then you need to guess what is it.
Because pretty much that's usually the first reaction is what is it.
And then once you see it you go, oh, that's what it is a camera, a cookie.
Okay.
Maybe like a swirl.
Like a vanilla swirl cookie, a doll.
I could kind of see that a doll maybe.
Okay.
But again, see now scrub brush.
Now again we're really looking for something very specific.
So again, in my example it wouldn't just be scrub brush.
You would have to be very detailed.
What is this scrub brush look like?
What is it doing, horse?
Of course.
A wig.
Sure, it might be a wig.
That kind of looks like a wig.
I can see it.
Maybe it's scrub brush.
Oh, scrub brush at the tongue.
Oh.
Oh, okay.
I have a feeling that this is not going to be what we think it's going to be.
Okay, that was tricky.
Nobody got it right.
Confirmation that nobody got it yet.
Okay.
We're going to do the big reveal.
Here is our answer.
Are you ready?
Well, take.
Oh, it was a puppy who made a good investment.
Yeah.
Okay.
I told you it was tricky.
I think we might have to make this one less tricky, because that always seems super, super tricky.
And it seems to me like nobody ever gets it.
All right, well, good job everybody.
That was a good try.
We're going to be a little more descriptive last time, and maybe next time we'll make it less descriptive for an antique.
Right.
Hi friends story here.
Let's do a show and tell.
A show and tell is when you bring something you like and you share why it's important to you.
For our show and tell today I brought my pet fish dinner.
Dinner is a good fish.
Very smart.
How strange doesn't bark?
Dinner is so quiet.
Sometimes I forget he's even here.
Dinner lives right here in this fish bowl.
Dinner should live here.
Dinner here, boy, where'd you go?
What did I say?
Dinner?
I meant lucky.
The fishes name is lucky.
Lucky, lucky, please excuse me.
I have a fish to find.
Lucky.
Oh, wait wait, wait.
What would you bring to a show and tell dinner, I mean lucky?
Oh, wow.
Wait.
Why would you bring the show and tell?
I know what I would have been.
Can I tell you first?
Yeah.
I would want to bring my friend Ray in his rocket ship.
How cool would that be?
All the kids would think that I was, like, the coolest girl in the world because I, like, you know, an alien with a rocket ship.
Yeah.
We can take rides to.
I could be like, okay.
Oh.
That woul be the best show and tell ever.
Yeah.
Oh, what I like to bring.
Then I would like to bring your, your collection of.
Remember that collection you have.
What is it?
It's a collection of little small.
Yeah.
The rocks rock.
Like, I can't remember what they were called.
Hey, look.
Right.
Smile will bring a doll house.
Oh, yeah.
How have I been that?
I want to read monkey.
The bowl I made.
You made a bowl?
That's amazing.
You can put two.
You got to share that with us so we can share with everybody else.
Oh, hermit crab.
Field mouse.
That's fun.
Oh, a pet hermit crab.
Pretend I'm a crab or an at farm.
I'm a crab.
Have you ever seen an anthem?
Really cool.
Yeah, that's amazing thing.
And that'll be fun for show and tell to my potted plant.
Oh, you know, a lot of times people don't think of plants as being like a pet, but they really are.
You got to take good care of them.
Yeah, yeah.
That's fun.
It would be fun to see.
Well, thanks, friends.
Thanks for sharing.
That's really, really cool.
Just what does this done for my buddy room?
We get to see your rocket now.
Okay?
Okay.
Five the words today.
Okay.
So right no you need to power each rocket.
You again.
You've been assigned a team.
You're on a team.
Red, green, blue or yellow.
Just look at your phone.
And now when you're typing in words they.
Help you.
Your rocket ship.. Word for word, five little word.
What five letter words can you think of?
I like these base.
That's a tricky one.
That's more.
Very appropriate.
Oh yeah that's fine.
Brown.
Oh wow.
And De and CE are aca.
These above little words again looks like in the mean.
Is your rocket ship usually run onwards.
Yeah.
Word and fruit juice and crack moly.
And it was a lot of things we put in there.
Wow.
Okay.
Red red.
Don't give up red team today.
Oh.
What.
Oh, what a d o d a candy CA and wipe s d already I. Oh, be a z h. I've got another question about your rocket ship.
Okay, okay, so you get ready to blast.
Off you go.
I need some fuel.
Yes.
It say like.
Okay, please enter five letter words.
How does that work exactly?
Well, yeah, there's a variety of possibilities for how we do this.
We can type them in.
We could say, okay, how about the word ideas in the ladder?
We say it the more more powers.
Oh.
That's kind.
Of neat.
Yeah.
And then on the left side of the tank, that's where we could we.
If we write the words down in pieces of paper, then we can put them in its recyclable paper.
And then the words come back out and then we can erase it.
And afterwards, again like the word spell SPL, we have to spell the word.
I almost feel like we had show and tell.
They learned so much about your racket.
Oh hey.
And it looks like the game is over and green is the winner.
But nice job.
Everybody has five words.
Oh, hey, maybe that was a fix.
We got to work on that one.
Yeah.
All right.
Nice job everybody.
You did great.
W how many there in the word?
I'm not sure.
I'm.
I'm thinking of more letters.
Yeah.
Risking life and limb to bring you breaking news wherever you can find it.
Rover is yours.
Squirtle on the street.
Excuse me.
Excuse me.
Pardon me.
Excuse me.
Hey, how old were you when you were first born?
Zeo zero.
You just get a clean slate.
Just cero zero zero.
000.
How old were you when you were born?
Do you know one?
You were one.
Wow.
Was it?
Do you remember it?
Was it a fun day?
Were you surprised to see everybody like, hey, it's so great to see all of you today.
What is the best thing about being a kid?
You get to do a lot of fun stuff.
You do?
Like what?
Why don't you put some of your favorite things to do?
Play for your friends?
Yeah, go to some places.
Yeah, but you could do anything in the world.
Play.
Yeah.
You don't have to pay for anything that you can play outside.
Yeah.
I love playing outside.
Not being an adult.
What is the best thing about being a kid?
The best thing about being kid is not doing taxes.
Yeah, you got that right.
And you know what?
Squirrel don't have to do taxes either.
So we got that in common.
That's pretty cool.
How old are you when you become an adult?
1930?
One?
34.
34.
Okay.
And how old are you when you are an adult?
18.
18.

All right.
Probably 16.
16.
And how old do you need to be to be in it, though?
2020.
Okay.
26.

Okay.
Well, so that's all you got something to look forward to.
It's going to be right around the corner.
What kind of things do you think you would like to do when you're a grown up girl?
California.
Okay.
Go to California.
What are we going to see there?
Probably a lot of big stuff.
Yeah, a lot of big stuff.
All right, I like it.
What would you like to do when you are an adult?
Travel the world.
Like, move away.
Move away.
What are you going to move to?
Like, a different house?
Fake.
Fake?
Yeah.
Baking would be fun.
What do you want to do when you're a grown up?
Be a veterinarian.
Veterinarian?
If I ever get sick, I could come and see you.
Yeah.
Yeah, that'd be pretty cool.
I want to be a scientist.
Scientist?
What kind of things would you like to study?
Fossils, actually.
And who is the oldest person that you know?
Oh, my dad.
You're dad?
And how old is he?
He's 50.
50.
My great grandparents.
Your great grandparents.
And how old are they?
Do you know.
96.
Wow, that's pretty cool.
The oldest person, 101.
Who do you know?
That's 100.
And five.
My grandpa's uncle.
Oh my grandpa.
Your grandparents?
And how old are they?
99.
Dad.
Dad!
How old is he?
100.
100.
Wow, that's pretty neat.
One of my grandmothers.
Okay.
And how old do you think they.
At 2000.
2000.
Wow.
That's a lot of candles on a cake, isn't it?
Wow.
Yeah.
2000.
That's pretty old.
Yeah.
You know, what's.
The best thing about being a kid?
We asked you.
You know what I think it is?
It's just playing.
I love to play.
Right?
Whe your kids get to play all day.
Oh, look at that.
Tim says to play.
That's like what you said.
Playing all day.
Okay.
Oh.
I apparentl we don't play enough as adults.
That's what I'm hearing.
You gotta never stop playing.
That's fine.
This is fine.
Dress up is fine.
Visiting grandma.
Yeah.
I love that.
Well, thanks, friends.
That was really great.
That was fu talking to everybody.
Hey.
Good.
Guess what?
It's.
Are you doing.
Everybody?
It's me, Jack lumber with breaking news.
A local cat has lost her dinner.
Dinner?
The fish.
Excuse me.
Lucky the fish is missing.
The pet fish was last seen by their owner Friday.
I thought the owner was story.
Oh.
I'm sorry.
Friday evening, around 6 p.m.. We don't have a description of the fish story.
Says if you see a fish, any fish, please contact her.
She sure it will be her dinner.
I mean her fish.
Lucky.
Is that right?
Yeah.
Now back to our regularly scheduled program.
Wow.
I guess that's going to be the breaking news I forgot all about.
Lucky, lucky, lucky.
Where's lucky?
How did they find lucky?
Should I look here?
Maybe it's time for a joke.
Oh, yeah.
I was scared from seven.
Why is six a scared.
Of seven?
Because.
789.
Seven.
Eight.
Nine.
I'd be afraid of him to get away from me.
You're gonna eat me?
Gotta look out for seven.
Well, maybe.
The seven is a tricky number.
It's connected to my luck.
He's missing.
Oh, I never thought about that one.
Oh, it's time for find it fast.
Let's find this one.
Right.
There's two minutes on the clock.
We've got three things for you to find.
And find them fast.
We need you to find something that starts with the.
Let it be something that is square, not something to write with.
Hey.
All right, let it be square.
Something to write with.
Are you ready?
Oh, okay.
Okay.
I'll be here to give you emotional support.
Friends, while you're looking, do a great job.
Keep looking for something that square.
Something you can write with a pencil.
Okay.
Red monkey said that a box, a box and a pen.
What do you have?
Robert.
I've got a blanket.
It's it's.
That's what?
Because that's a blanket.
It's a two.
It's a square blanket.
Oh, good.
Okay.
Shark Ballou speaker.
Go.
Keep looking for more bottle, speaker and a pen.
Pen.
You can write with speaker spirit to be blue shirt.
Blue shirt.
Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah.
Okay.
Read everything says a book, a scramble.
I've never seen a square ball.
That's amazing.
A paintbrush.
Yep.
Paint words.
Okay, I wonder what.
Let's see what you got.
Buddy, I found this pen.
Pen?
Oh, yeah.
Says book.
Okay, I'm gonna go see what I can find.
Okay.
Oh, look.
Look what I found.
One handed.
I'm getting stronger.
Look at that phone.
Look at that.
This isn't like a little tang.
It's a little tang in the shape.
It's a square.
Yeah, it's a square tag.
That's pretty neat.
Yeah.
Okay, I'm gonna keep looking for some more stuff.
Til Mars.
Find a balloon.
Up till dab.
Band-Aid.
Pillow.
Pen.
Nice.
What kind of not to.
Pens.
Yeah.
Alone?
Yeah.
Oh, my.
No, I had it, but I dropped it.
I'll get it again.
Look at how big my muscles are getting.
It's pretty impressive, right?
I mean, you got to keep in mind I'm just a squirrel school.
Do this.
I'm feeling pretty bad on myself.
Right?
I feel very, very 14.
I found a pen.
I found a nice job.
Hey.
Well, good job, everybody.
We found it pretty fast.
We did it just enough time.
All right, well, thanks for playing with us.
Because.
You always enjoy making the show with you.
I was fun to get to the museum.
It was fun to find it best.
Okay.
I hope that we find lucky.
Have you been looking for lucky?
I think maybe lucky is just taking a walk.
That could be.
But then we.
Should be lucky.
Lucky?
You should never go and take a walk without telling somebody where you're going.
That's true.
You know, your parents don't get very worried about you.
They'll be.
Where are you?
I took a walk.
Why didn't you tell me?
So always be sure to tell somebody where you're going.
It is great to play together.
Thanks, Fred.
We're glad that you're here today.
My friends.
And muffins.
It's super fun.
It was super fun.
Thanks for playing with.
Doing this show with your friend.
It is.
And it was fun to get to learn more about your rocket.
Poor lucky.
I kno we're gonna find lucky, though.
I just know it.
I know we will.
We'll keep you posted.
Yeah.
All right.
Thanks for playing with us, friends.
See you soon.
Hey, you know what we should do?
We should come back next week and do it all over again.
If you have.
If you have friends who haven't played with this.
Yeah.
Tell them you have to go t our show today and play with us because we make a show together and it's very fun.
So thanks for your help again, friends.
Yeah.
We'll see you next time.
I'm going to go look for lucky.
