The men who rape have the option of being rehabilitated behind bars. Only a few agree to treatment. Those who spoke to us all agreed that there was nothing the victims could have done to stop them. But they all agree that it was a conscious decision on their part to rape. Therapy is a way to understand their feelings why they rape.
