Worry that a friend or loved one is experiencing mental health challenges or thoughts? Talk to them.
Mental health challenges come in many forms, from all walks of life. Sometimes we may worry that a friend or loved one is experiencing mental health challenges or thoughts of suicide and we don't know how to ask them about it. These conversations can be scary to approach, but they don't have to be overwhelming. Trust your gut if you think someone is having a hard time. Ask them how they are doing.
