Yeah while they were out foraging, a lady garter snake moved into their burrow.

Yeah and there's no kidding around because a vole could be a meal for a garter snake.

Yup, so they couldn't move back in, and they lost their home.

Why don't we just go talk to the snake and find out why she took the voles home?

Here's me problem.

I'm just about to hibernate, right, [Mrs Garter Snake] when a couple of chipmunks start building a burrow around mine.

Who knew this forest had such a housing shortage?

It was in the Park, between two rocks, it got lots of sun and there was food around.

Then these chipmunks, right, [Mrs.Garter Snake] make their burrow massive with tunnels and chambers for food and a sleeping chamber and a nursery... crowding me out... Coming and going at all hours.

But, maybe if we spoke to the chipmunks we could get your old place back.

Oh I'd very much appreciate it, Nature Cat, but you better hurry.

It's getting cooler every day and I need to find my hibernation spot before it gets too cold.
