Everyone feels angry sometimes.
Anger is tension and hostility arising from frustration.
Anger can make your skin feel warm, you might clinch your fists and your body might feel tight.
Some ways to help you when you're angry is to take deep, balloon breaths and talk to a saf adult about how you're feeling.
