My thoughts are swirling in my head like a tornado.
That happens to me a lot though.
Everyone has worries.
Worries are thoughts that something might happen that is scary or uncomfortable.
It could be a though that something might not happen, that you were looking forward to.
Taking a few balloon breaths or talking with a trusted adult can help.
