A new law allows guns in school parking lots. We explain how that is impacting school security policies. Indiana bypassing $350,000 in federal money because it says coming into compliance with guidelines to reduce sexual assaults in prisons is too expensive. And after being banned for more than 60 years, alcohol is being served at the Indiana State Fair.
