Thirty-five years after the federal government banned PCBs, the toxic chemicals still plague Bloomington's groundwater. A growing body of research indicates all athletes are at risk of concussions and the effects of multiple smaller hits can be just as dangerous as concussions. And Indiana releases school letter grades, showing more schools have received the state's top ranking.
