Avian flu infects wild birds, new HVAC regulations, IU Indianapolis upgrade

The avian flu that has ravaged chicken and turkey flocks in the state has migrated to wild birds such as cranes and geese. Regulations for a new class of refrigerants may mean having to replace your HVAC system rather than repairing it. And IU Indianapolis has been upgraded to a Research One institution, thanks to a change in the classification system.
