The proposed constitutional marriage amendment will not be on the November ballot. We'll look into the chances the amendment will go to the voters for approval in 2016... A new study shows judges hand down harsher sentences later in the day...researchers blame a phenomenon called decision fatigue. And an update on how Indiana native Nick Goepper performed in the Sochi Olympics.
