Synthetic humans used in UTSA classrooms to stimulate real-life surgeries
Pre-med UTSA students are working with SynDavers as part of an anatomy class, giving them a version of surgical experience that is very realistic before they go on to work with actual humans. The "bodies" have realistic tissues, organs and blood vessels and some of the organs are dissectible.
