(Fox squealing)) Squeeks: That little baby fox, it's laying on its side!
What's wrong?
Nature Cat: And it's trying to get up, but it can't!
Hal: And crying!
Oh why is it crying?
Daisy: Man oh man!
Looks like it has a cut on its front paw.
Nature Cat: That fox is definitely injured!
Hal: Don't worry, little fox, I'm coming to help you!
Daisy: Whoa whoa, Hal, you never approach an injured wild animal.
Remember?
Hal: Oh right!
But what do we do?
Nature Cat: Let's look at the checklist!
Daisy: It says...
If the animal is injured call an expert!
Nature Cat: But who should we call!
Hal: Only the greatest animal rescuer in the whole wide world... Hal/Daisy/Squeeks: ...Racer the Rescue Raccoon!
Nature Cat: We can really call him?
Nature Cat: I guess we just did!
Racer: Did somebody call for a rescue raccoon?
Hal: Oh!
We did, Mr. Racer, sir.
We found a little fox!
Squeeks: And she has a cut on her paw!
Racer: That animal is injured!
Yes sirree, Bobby.
Hal: No, I'm not Bobby, wait well I guess I kind of am, look it's me, Hal!
Wink!
Wink!
Racer: Well, Hal, you did the right thing by calling me.
That fox kit has a cut on his paw and may need our help.
You know what that means?
Hal: Yes!
RACER TO THE.... Racer: Shhh, when you're near an injured wild animal, you want to keep your voice quiet.
Hal: Oh, okay in that case... (whispers) Racer to the Rescue!
Nature Cat: So, what say you, Racer?
Racer: Well, sir, we need to move that poor, injured fox someplace safe, so we can help her get better.
Nature Cat: And how, pray-tell, do we move her?
Racer: We just need something to carry her in!
Squeeks: Ooh!
I have something we can use!
Squeeks: My cheese-of-the-month club delivery carton.
July was an imported Swiss!
Racer: Ooooo!
It comes with its own breathing holes!
Perfectamundo!
Squeeks: Look he's so quiet when he moves toward her.
Hal: Great Job, Racer!
NC/Daisy/Squeeks: Hal shhhhh!
Hal: (whispers) Oh sorry.
That was very loud.
Nature Cat: What's wrong?
What do we do?
Racer: This poor fox kit's scared, and doesn't know what's going on.
It doesn't know we want to help.
Daisy: Oh!
I have something that might help!
Daisy: My flower blanky!
I've had it since I was a baby!
It always makes me feel so comfy and cozy!
Hmmm!
Racer: That's great, Daisy!
Squeeks: Oh yeah, good thinking, Dais!
Racer: Thanks to all of you, this fox is rescued!
Good-golly-hello-dolly!
Racer: Now, I'd better take her back to the rehabilitation center to treat her injury.
Gang: But wait!
Hal: Will she be okay?
What's going to happen?
Is she going to get better?
Racer: Why don't you rescuers come visit her in a few days and see how's she's doing?
Daisy: Oh Yeah!
Oh Yeah!
Hal: Great!
Nature Cat: We'll do it!
Squeeks: See you soon, little foxy!
