Where to Watch Love All
Love All is available to stream on pbs.org and the PBS app.
(gentle music) - It was my grandmother.
She was the one for sure that got us started playing tennis.
- You know, you wanna be accepted in this country.
That's all she wanted, and she wasn't.
She had a strong desire to make it through tennis.
- So when I first started, when the Redondos first started, there wasn't the $5 million prize money that you're gonna get at the US Open if you win the title.
So there are so many people these days, so many families I think start with that in line and then they go backwards.
- It's a way of professionalizing childhood.
It's turning childhood into a vocational experience.
Mamita's mission I don't think was ever had to do with, we're gonna make money from this.
Tennis is a way to be held in regard.
