- This is an activity we do all the time at Attack Theatre called Mega Dance.
- It's fun at any age and can be done on your own or with your friends and family.
- All you need is a little bit of space and your imagination.
- First, make a tall circular shape.
Next, make a small square shape.
All right, let's put the two together.
- Now that we have those two, let's add a fun action word or verb to put in the transition.
Allison, can you give us a verb to put in the middle and show us what it would look like?
- Let's do wiggle.
- Awesome.
Let's try all of that together.
And then let's add your favorite dance move at the end.
- Ta-da!
You officially made your own dance.
Now try adding some music to really make it your own.
