An hour long special about Mississippi Homecoming, which featured Black musicians performing on the tenth anniversary of Medgar Evers' death, June 12, 1973. The only stipulation of the music? But No Sad Songs. Mayor Charles Evers, brother of the slain activist, and Myrlie Evers, Medgar's wife, speak to the crowd.
