Good soil, plenty of sunlight...
So, what shall we do next to celebrate Arbor Day, gang?
Almost done hugging trees, you guys!
A few more to go!
Oh hi, tree, it'’’s me, Hal!
I'’’ll tell ya what we should do.
We should go climb my favoritist, super-tall climbing tree.
You guys are gonna love it!
Sounds tree-a-riffic to me, Squeeks!
You see what I did there?
Ready, Daisy?
Almost.
Ready!
Whoa!
The tree'’’s dancing!
Whee!
And I'’’m dancing with a tree on Arbor Day!
And may I say you are quite a dandy dancer!
Whee!
(Wind gusting) Never fear, young tree!
I'’’ll protect you from the wind!
Back, wind!
(Shouting, grunting) Huh...
Nature Cat, the sapling will be fine in the wind.
It'’’s so small.
Just making sure, Daisy!
(Distant crashing) What in the woods was that?
I have no idea!
But it didn'’’t sound too good to me!
We'’’d better investigate!
Right you are, Daisy!
We need to find out what made that sound!
Follow me!
Tally-ho!
♪ (Sniffing) I believe the sound came from this area.
Looking... looking... (Whimpering distantly) Listen.
What'’’s that?
(Whimpering, crying) It sounds like someone'’’s crying.
Hey, nobody should cry on Arbor Day!
(Gasping) Someone is crying, look!
Ruthie!
What'’’s wrong?
Oh, Squeeks, it'’’s-- Our tree!
(Wailing) Our tree?
What do you mean?
It fell down!
C'’’mon.
I'’’ll show you.
♪ NATURE CAT: A fallen tree!
This must'’’ve been the sound we heard!
Oh, no!
What'’’s the matter, Squeeks?
You guys, this is the tree I was telling you about!
My favoritist, super-tall climbing tree!
And our home!
(Wailing) There, there little possum family... That'’’s the saddest thing I'’’ve ever heard!
(Crying) And it'’’s not just our home.
This tree has squirrel nests, and woodpecker holes, and our friend the raccoon sleeps here during the day.
(Yawning) Just five more minutes, Mom?
Please?
And on Arbor Day, of all days!
Today is the day we celebrate trees-- oh, it'’’s a travesty!
We'’’ve lived here our whole lives.
But that wind was just too strong!
Poor, poor tree.
We want to go home!
(Wailing) Fear not, little ones!
This injustice will not be tolerated!
And I, Nature Cat, vow to right this wrong!
But what can we do?
Their home fell down!
