In addition to writing Steve Sherrill is also a musician. He plays the banjo & has been known to sing “shape note” music. The unique song style of hymn singing actually features in his book. It’s also a hobby that NC Bookwatch Producer/Director Katy Loebrich happens to share. If anything will get her out from behind the camera, it’s the chance to make a joyful noise with a fellow singer.
