Negotiations Underway on Stalled Ethics Reform Package

Since 1969, thirty-seven members of the Chicago City Council have been convicted of a crime. There's a measure that hopes to take aim at that corruption, but it's remained stalled at City Hall for months and won't get a vote until July — at the earliest.
