The Regional Entrepreneurial Assistance Channel (REACH) of the Mahoning Valley Chamber of Commerce completes feasibility analyses, business plans and financing to guide new business entrepreneurs and current business owners toward success. This non-profit began serving the area in 2009 and completes approximately a dozen projects each year.
