Democrats have expressed outrage at the phone call.

The call, recorded Saturday and obtained by the Washington Post, shows the president repeating debunked allegations about ballot dumping, machine tampering and urging Georgia secretary of state Brad Raffensberger to use those or whatever evidence he could conjure to recalculate the results of the election.
