Public health experts say New Jersey’s high vaccination rate against COVID-19 has helped stave off caseload surges like we’re seeing in other parts of the country. Dr. Perry Halkitis, Dean of the Rutgers University School of Public Health, explains why he is concerned the start of the school year may change that.
