Kevin, Norm, Roger, Richard and Tommy return to Arlington for an early English-style Arts and Crafts house. Kevin tours the 1st floor with homeowners Nick and Emily while Norm reviews the 2nd and 3rd. Roger and Emily walk the property with landscape architect Kim. Richard shows Kevin the inefficient boiler and makes plans. And homeowner Nick is up for his first task: demolishing the kitchen.
