Like a lot of artists, Portland photographer Elizabeth Fennelly lost the freelance assignments that were keeping her afloat when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. So, when the Oregon Society of Artists put out a call for photography on the theme "Oregon in Extraordinary Times," Elizabeth decided to revive her love of making wet plate tintypes with her 1915-era camera.
