- The folks who live on the Polka Dot Planet can't hear.
That's why the server isn't responding.
He doesn't know what we're saying.
(Peg gasps.)
But if he can't hear us, we won't be able to tell him we want three hard boiled eggs, six walnuts, and one baby corn.
(Cat crying) - Baby corn!
- (both): We've got a BIG PROBLEM!
- There's gotta be a way other than talking to communicate what we want.
- Communi-whah?!
- Communicate.
It means to share ideas, information, news, and stuff like that.
I know!
I'll point to what we want, and you jump up and down to show how much of each we want.
- OK. Ow!
Uh, that didn't work.
- Hmmm...
I know!
We could use our bodies to make numbers, while pointing to what we want.
- OK!
- Whoa!

Whoa-oh-oh-oh!
- Uh, now what?
I think she's trying to tell us something.
- Seems like she just said hello and that her name is Dot.
- Cool!
- It is cool!
Dot communicates with her hands!
- And the way she moves her eyebrows also helps you know what she's saying.
What's she saying now?
- She's showing us how we can order!
We can use our fingers to show how much of each we want.
We'd like three hard boiled eggs, six walnuts, and one baby corn.
- Please!
- He understood!
- He's making our salad!
- And so... ♪♪♪ ♪ Problem solved The problem is solved!

But how?
- Maybe if we dance in a thankful way.
♪♪ Thank you, thank you, thank you ♪ - ♪ Seriously, thank you, dude ♪ - ♪ Thank you, thank you, thank you ♪ - ♪ For this delicious food ♪♪ - Dot's showing us how to say "thank you" in the Polka-Dot-Planet sign language.
