I have a feeling this plant is gonna grow really tall 'cause I love using my words and I really love plants.

I'm glad you're here.
Hey, let's get rollin' like we like to do with an opening question.
Jim's on the show today.
Yeah, hey Jim, what - I started to say, "what," but it says, "Do you have any plants inside your home?"
- and specifically if you do, what plants?
- Well, you know, I kinda sorta have a couple plants in my home.
They aren't plants yet though.
I have a little teeny planter that has seeds to grow a cactus.
- Nice.
- But they haven't really started sprouting yet.
So maybe.
And I actually have another plant, actually, which I have here.
And same thing: there's seeds in there but it hasn't really started sprouting yet.
So I will hopefully soon have a couple of plants inside my home.
- I like it.
It's so cool how somethin' can start so teensy-teensy and then it grows!
- And it is fun that you're, you know, you have to help take care of it.
It's kind of a fun responsibility and then you see the efforts bloom before your eyes.
- Bloom, exactly!

Alright, I've got that same question for Cailynn: Do you have any plants inside your home?
- I do but these plants are all fake.
The ones in the background right here?
- Gotcha.
- All these ones are fake, (Wimee laughs) but we have an aloe plant downstairs that made multiple of them.
So it made it and then it made a seed and then it started growing another one in the same pot.
So we had to take that one out, put it in a different pot, and then it made another one to put in a different pot.
But it's actually been here for four years now?
(Wimee gasps) It's been here a really long time.
- That is so cool how plants, how they do that.
They're amazing and aloe - that's like good, helps keep things moisturized, right, aloe?
What comes from the plant?
- Mhm.
- Yeah, yeah.

(jazzy upbeat music) - Today I learned that all plants are living things.
Yeah, just like us!
Grass, trees, bushes, flowers - they're all plants.
Yeah, their leaves are like solar panels that help the plants collect and make energy from the sun!
Roots are like the plants' feet!
Yeah, they help the plant stay in the ground and collect water and minerals from the soil.
There are more than 300,000 kinds of plants on earth!
Whoa!
Look around!
What kind of plants do you see?
(jazzy upbeat music) - Oh, 300,000 different types of plants?
Ho, I had no idea, Moby.
Fun, amazing.
Okay, friends.
It's time for today's (guitar strumming) ♪ 1, 2, 3 sentence story.
♪ Friends, let's come up with a story in three sentences.
In the first sentence we set the scene.
In the second sentence, there is a problem.
♪ Burm burm burm burm ♪ In the third sentence, though, we have a solution!
(Wimee laughs) That's right!
A very short story.
So, think of a noun - a person, place, or thing - as we get rollin' with the first sentence.
Let's go to Cailynn for the very first word.
Any word at all, Cailynn.
What do you think?
- I'm thinking, 'chicken.'
- Chicken!
(Wimee laughs) - Chicken, alright, good good good go.
Okay, here we go.
(Wimee clears throat) It's gonna be about Moby.
Okay, Moby.
Moby, the world's greatest chicken, was standing out in the garden thinking of what to do on a fine summer morning.
But oh no!
A problem: oh, rain cloud.
Now, this is interesting.
I like this because it's a problem maybe for Moby and I, but I think the rain is like, "Woohoo!
This is not a problem."
Wait a minute, too much rain...maybe.
Okay, here we go, here we go.
(Wimee clears throat) Moby, the world's greatest chicken, was outside in the garden, wondering what to do on a fine summer morning.
Moby looked up in the sky and a rain cloud began to rain... Would be somethin' silly that the rain brings, instead of just raindrops.
We see the rain, but mixed into the rain is... Hmm, I'm gonna let Cailynn decide.
Hey Cailynn!
What do you think would be silly to rain down on the rainstorm?
(chicken clucking) - Hmm...cotton-candy rain.
- Cotton-candy rain!
(Wimee laughs) That's perfect, okay.
So it's rainin' cotton candy!
Oh no!
The flowers, the plants!
Plants don't know what to do with cotton-candy rain!
How do we solve this problem, friends?
We need a solution.
Oh, "birthday present."
Got it, okay.
(Wimee laughs) Okay.
Moby, the world's greatest chicken, was out in the garden, wondering what to do on a fine summer morning.
Moby looked up in the sky and realized it was raining cotton candy!
It's a good thing Moby recently had a birthday present.
That was a... Hmm...somethin' funny, silly, that would stop the - what could absorb the cotton candy?
Turn the cotton - we could harvest the cotton candy.
Maybe the birthday present... Oo it looks like I've got an idea there.
(Wimee laughs) Okay, Wimee, what's the idea?
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] I think the idea is that the birthday pres- - Wait, wait, Wimee?
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] Yeah.
- Oh, wait a minute.
A Wimage Board can talk to me?
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] Oh yeah, I'm Wimby-Board Wimee.
(Wimee laughs) - Wait, you don't sound quite like me.
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] I know, I'm a Wimage-Board Wimee.
(Wimee laughs) - Okay, okay, Wimage-Board Wimee, how do we solve - what is the birthday present?
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] The birthday present was a flashlight.
- The flashlight's gonna help harvest the cotton candy?
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] Yes, its solar radiant technology of umin-lescent.
- Uma-what?
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] I don't know how to say that word.
(Wimee laughs) Yeah, fancy.
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] It's a fancy science word for turned-the-cotton-candy-into-tomatoes.
(Wimee laughs) - It's a flashlight that turns cotton-candy rain into tomatoes!
Whew, friends.
We learned a lot of things today.
We learned that the Wimee-Wimage-Board has a talking Wimee.
- [Wimage-Board Wimee] Yes, it does.
(Wimee laughs) It doesn't sound like me, but it's also that Moby got a birthday present that was a flashlight that turns cotton-candy rain into tomatoes.
Oo, maybe make some salsa.

So I'm thinkin' for viewers right now, I'm gonna ask you to come up with a rhyme for the numbers: one and six.
I need something that rhymes with "one," and something that rhymes with "six."
So if the viewers can give us that, that would be awesome.
Right, Wimee, I'm gonna ask you right now to give me a rhyme for the numbers two and seven.
So what is something that rhymes with "two?"

I think, well I'm gonna brainstorm.

George Washington Carver was a big proponent of nature.
He made over 300 different uses for the peanut.
The kids were very interested and they learned a lot today.
It was a fantastic book and this was a fantastic opportunity for me able to talk to them about literacy.

In fact there's a cool book called "Green Pants."
(Wimee laughs) And they might be really cool pants that you're like, "Yay!
