Check out these quick tips from parents just like us.
One thing I do with my kids-—I would let them write the grocery list with me.
The reason is why, when I go to grocery with them, they got to pick their own fruits and vegetables.
So when they come home, I don't have hard time to feed them.
I think the young kids also have their own different emotions and, as a parent, it's very important to have them recognize their emotions, help them re-direct young kids to understand what they want instead of shutting down their emotion.
I teach my daughter the importance of being social when she goes to school.
I tell her she'll meet new friends, teachers-—she'll color, she'll learn new numbers and do a lot of different things in order to make her comfortable so she doesn't feel nervous when she goes to school.
I always do with my kids, they gather their clothes night before school day so in the morning time they can get out faster.
