Putin re-elected amid carnival-like atmosphere

As the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential election continues in this country, Russia on Sunday held its own presidential election. Even before the final votes were tallied, it was clear that President Vladimir Putin would be re-elected to another six-year term. Neil MacFarquhar, Moscow bureau chief for The New York Times, joins Megan Thompson to discuss.
