Push it!
Whoa!
A ramp, or inclined plane, is probably the first simple machine a child is introduced to.
We build ramps that allow Carson to send down all sorts of things that go.
Ready?
Gonna push it?
(Carson squeals) Whoa.
Through this activity, children begin to learn about gravity, ramps, and friction.
(toy clattering) You can grab some cardboard or use a slide, and toy cars, balls, and blocks.
Your toddler will have a blast.
To build literacy, we practice saying the toy that Carson is rolling.
I'm gonna push the car down.
You ready?
(car clattering) Whoa!
We better push your truck.
Push it!
Weee!
Whether it's racing cars, pushing trains, or rolling balls.
Look!
Here's this truck, too.
Toddlers can't seem to get enough of this activity.
