You.
It's time for our show today.
Which that means is your.
Show today time?
Because our show is your show.
Look for me in the intro.
Hey, what do you say?
Are you ready to make our show today?
Hey, we had a great year.
What's on our show today?
We got.
It's.
We have people, we have places.
We have fun.
We are sorry.
We are using.
We got games.
We got you.
Hey, take it away.
Well.
Hello there.
Hey, are you dancing around?
Yeah, I love to dance.
I was into the music.
Yeah.
It's hard not to dance around to that one, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's good to see you.
How are you doing today?
Oh, fantastic.
Yeah.
That's, That's always a good day when we're here on our show today.
Yeah, I love it, I love it, I love it.
Well, you know, we like to start the day off by asking questions of our viewers.
So we find out some fun facts about each other.
So today we asked everybody, first of all.
Do you like to.
Visit the zoo?
Yeah, I love to visit the zoo.
Yeah, it's always fun to see lots of.
Lots and lots of.
Friends so you can see it.
The zoo.
All right.
And then the second question we asked everybody today was, are there currently dirty dishes in the sink or dishwasher?
Oh, I haven't checked the kitchen lately.
I'll go.
Do you want me to go check right now?
If you want to.
Yeah, I know that.
I currently have a couple of cups, a saucer.
Oh, yeah.
Okay, okay.
Yeah.
And the knife in my sink.
Yeah.
Yeah, I've got some bowls and stuff and, Yeah.
I think that's what we asked today.
So here's the fun fact that we found out about our viewers today, our viewers today, 85% of them who like to visit the zo currently have dirty dishes.
Oh.
Okay.
Yeah.
So, I get to wor with the majority again, right?
Yeah.
I got the dishes, and we like going to the zoo.
85% of our viewers today like going to the zoo, have dirty dishes.
It's good to know.
Yeah.
I'm sorry.
I'm sure I forgot to get clean.
It's no pressure.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, hey, what do you say we play game?
This is one of my days.
It's got to be every game.
You.
All right, now, this one's kind of tricky.
What's going to happen is we're going to show you ten objects, and they are gonna go by really fast.
So you got to pay attention, and then you got to see how many of those ten objects you can remember.
Are you ready?
Hey.
Yeah, I. Think we know.
Doing it.
We throw around.
I want to yeah, I noticed that, too.
They are all around.
Yeah, well, that make it tricky.
Or do you think.
What?
Oh.
The moon.
All right, we're gonna let everybody get but that if we concentrate.
Oh, say.
I, I don't know, maybe mayb it helps if we point things out.
Like the compass.
I'm not sure.
All right, so.
What you remember seeing?
I don't remember the tomato.
Oh, there you go.
Okay, well let's see.
Let's see what our friends come up.
Oh, yeah.
Well, I mean, you're you're giving away answers.
That's good.
I guess it could be something else.
And everybody out.
All right, we got a couple in here.
Yeah, I remember the clock.
I don't remember what time it was.
That would be really tricky.
Do you remember what time the clock said?
Oh, I didn't look at that detail.
I know.
Right.
That would be really.
And maybe we'll do that.
A memory game plus.
Don't forget about the tomato.
Oh, yeah.
Okay, we got a clock.
We got John a button pizza.
Ray really wants you to remember that tomato.
Well, that.
Was worth something.
Oh, there it is Number eight.
What about.
Yeah, I wa going to say the up in the sky.
Okay.
So it's interesting.
We've just got two things that we're still going.
Oh yeah.
The tire that was there.
Remember the time.
I've got a flat tire.
I forgot to go fix that one more.
It was round.
Round.
You're my friend was round.
You're right about that.
Wait a minute.
This was one of the ones I. I remember what it was doing because I was one of the two I mentioned.
Yes.
You totally know.
What is it?
That was a time out.
But you did it.
I'm so proud of all of you.
That was fantastic.
Is my favorite.
Yeah, it's pretty good.
You're my neighbor two doors down.
Why don't you come down?
Me?
I'm here with my neighbor Lori and Lori Hogan.
Yes.
Correct.
That's that's a Hispanic.
Yes.
It is, but but but you're Dutch.
I am Dutch, yes.
My husband is Hispanic, half Dutch and half Hispanic.
So his father came from Texa and moved up here to Michigan.
He came up here to work in Michigan and he loved it so much.
So he just stayed.
I love being your neighbor.
I do too, I do too.
Every time I g by, I can look at the flowers.
And sometimes I get to see you.
Yes.
And sometimes you stop by and you leave notes for me.
And I love that too.
It makes me feel connected.
Yeah.
Lori.
Yes?
I'm here because I want to ask you, what is it that you do?
Well, as you can see, Lucy, we grow flowers, but not just any flowers.
We grow flowers and we cut them specifically to put them in bouquets.
And then people come to our farm and they buy the bouquets, and they get to put them on their kitchen tables.
They get to share the with people in their community.
So people, yes, they buy them for friends.
They buy them for birthday parties.
They buy them sometimes for sad things like funerals.
But it's lovely to be connected to our community in that way.
I always make you happy.
They really do.
But you know who flowers make happy to?
The bugs?
Yes.
The bugs like they do.
The bugs like the flowers.
And that's why we grow so many flowers.
Because the bugs are going to eat some.
And then we get some too.
So we have to share with everybody.
And and bugs are important, right?
They are.
They are part of our ecosystem.
They are important.
There's good bugs and then bugs that maybe we don't want around but we get a little bit of both.
And that's all right.
You have always said that you're going to be kind to the ones they got to eat, too.
Exactly.
Everybody needs to eat.
I learned that from you.
Good.
But, But but, Lori.
Yes?
What do you do?
What do you do?
Why do I do what I do?
I do what I do because I felt that the world needed more brightness and beauty.
And this was something I could do to bring more brightness and beauty to people, to bring happiness and joy.
Because sometimes life is kin of hard, and sometimes we need just something to brighten up our day.
So that is the reason we do it.
You.
You did it.
Yes, yes you have.
We have.
It's very fun.
We get to meet our customers and hear their stories and hear wh they're buying the flowers to.
And they really appreciate it and we appreciate them.
I appreciate you, Lori.
Well, thank you.
For doing.
What you do.
You make our life brighter.
I street more beautiful and just still seeing you.
It makes me happy.
Thank you.
Lucy.
I appreciate you too.
You're my neighbor.
Two doors down.
My.
Dad was awesome.
That was our friend Lucy.
I love Lucy.
I was waiting for the drumroll.
Okay.
Anyway.
Hey, so, you know, the thing is, Lucy's fantastic.
Lucy knows everybody around in town, and that was fine.
So we're going to get to meet some neighbors when we say, Lucy, that was really awesome.
Okay, so I have a question for you.
I've left all those flowers.
Those flowers looked fantastic.
What is your favorite color?
Flower.
Do you have a favorite color?
Flower?
I know for m I really like the purple ones.
Purple ones.
They look really nice and the usually smell pretty good too.
I've noticed that the purpl ones are almost always fragrant.
They're very, very nice.
So yeah.
What color flowers do you like?
I'll tell mom, says blue.
Yeah, I like the blue ones too, because they're kind of unusual, right?
Burgundy flower.
I don't know that I've seen a Burgundy flower.
That sounds very robust.
Oh, roses.
Yeah.
Roses are rose colored orange.
Yeah.
Orang flowers are really nice, though.
And you'll still.
You don't see them a whole lot Purple.
That's another purple.
All right.
Purple lizard.
I'm with you.
I'm with you on that one.
Nice job.
Okay.
Black school says orange, though.
Yeah.
Orange.
Purple.
All right, so what I'm hearing is we need to make a bouque with some roses that are purple, orange and blue and May and some Burgundy.
And that for fun, too.
All right.
Hey.
Well, we got a game.
It's called.
What is it?
We.
I've heard, I'v heard this is the trickiest game we have.
This is the highest skill level.
All right.
So here's we're going to do it.
We're going to roll a video.
And this video is a closeup of something.
But we don't know what it is.
So you need to tell us what is it.
That's the emphasis on the is in this game.
What is it.
It's hard to tell.
Yeah.
I'm not sure what I'm seeing there.
It looks like maybe.
Oh good guess.
Right.
Elephant thinks it's peaches.
Could be peaches.
Black square pie.
Yeah, that might be like a cherry pie.
This.
I think it might be on that.
Something with that one.
Tell.
All French fries.
Yeah.
French fries and ketchup.
I can kind of see that.
French fries.
Ketchup.
And I. Looks like a leaf for French fries.
Yeah, I think it's that French fries are being told that it's not French fries.
That's a good guess.
But not French fries.
Again, this is the highest skill level.
So.
A photo.
You know, I think you actually ar technically correct on that one.
No one else.
Yep.
We got we definitely have noodles, but that qualifies.
Now I'm told that strawberry pancakes.
Oh we're out of time and nobody got it.
Okay, so I guess we're going to reveal the answer here.
La la la la la la la la.
It was.
A mouse getting ready to eat a plate of spaghetti and meatballs.
Wow, that was tricky.
All right, we might have to g back to the table on that one.
I'm not sure that was a little too hard.
I'm thinking.
We'll see.
We'll try to adjust the skill level next time, but now it's time to write a poem.
You know what it was?
Was that tale right under the plate?
I was I kind of noticed.
I was wondering, what is that tale?
But yeah.
Then what else?
So, friends, I need you to help me, by just filling out, all at once.
We ran to the, That'll be the start of today's today's best poem.
This poem.
Today, we're going to make a best poem today.
And it's all going to be dependent on, the word that you start with all at once.
We ran to the.
And then my job, my job is going to be to use words that rhym with that word that you come up with to help me, because we're making this together.
You know, poems are about playing with words.
A poem technically doe not have to rhyme, right?
But.
But we like to rhyme a lot with our poems.
This is going to be like a, I want.
My goal is to circle back to the first word.
Help hold me accountable to that.
If I. If I miss it.
But I wonder if it's going to be a word that's easy to rhyme with.
Or today, hold up speech till March.
Thank you.
Okay, so all at once we ran to the beach.
So now what rhymes?
Beach.
Reach.
Reach deep down insid to see what rhymes with beach.
That worked out really well.
Okay we're going to go to the beach because all at once we ran to the beach.
I decided I wanted to reach deep inside so I could teach.
Yes.
What is it we're going to teach.
On the Leech Leech is a little book, right?
So all at once we ran to the beach.
I wanted to teach the leech about.
My favorite food.
Each because each and every beach has something to teach us.
Whoa.
That's fascinating.
What do the leeches teach us?
Might have something to do with the reef.
Oh, is this okay?
From the top.
Let's see if I get it all at once.
We ran to the beach because I wanted to reach deep inside to teach the leech that each beach has something deep within us to teach.
I call that poem.
Actually, what should we call it?
I think I want to call it The Reef.
The leech.
That's fun to say.
See?
Wreath.
Leech wreath leech.
The leech poem.
The bleed leads the leech.
Boom!
Thanks, friend.
We made that.
Instant.
Best poem ever today.
Nice job.
Best one today.
Oh, we're going to choose.
Which door are we going to choose?
Friends, we need to decide the fate of the show.
Do we choose door number one?
Door number two or door number three?
Enter your suggestions.
The answer is today we go.
Is three.
Door number three.
What's behind it?
We'll find.
His story.
Hey, I heard you met Mr.
Grumpy the other day.
Yeah, I. Finally got to meet him.
That's pretty cool What's your impression of him?
Hi, I'm Mr.
Grumpy, but leave it here.
Don't.
It doesn't matter to me.
That's pretty good.
Thanks.
Wow.
Go on, number three.
I do think that Mr.
Humphrey would enjoy that.
I think it would tell us a pretty good impression.
Yeah.
All right, so, not to be confusing or anything, but we've got another game.
This one is called.
What is.
It?
It.
Not to be confused with.
What is it to do?
What is it?
It can fit in a shoe box.
What is it?
Well, I see sock.
Glove?
Yes.
Okay, so here's what we do.
We ask yo to try to figure out what it is.
It can fit in the shoe box.
What is it?
If you see an answer, you can make a guess.
We know it fits in a shoe box, but we don't know what it is.
Beyond that, if you see an answer and you really like it, you can share it as well.
Like a sho I love that, my gosh, shoe box.
Did you know rubber?
It's in the name.
So I couldn't I couldn't find my shoes this morning.
Oh I'm not Somebody else found a here shoe.
But did you notice shoes a little bigger than all the other words?
Because if you type in something more than once, it gets bigger.
So if you really like an answer, you can go, yeah, I think it is a shoe and you can type in my shoe.
I like your plug.
Wrench is all alone over there.
Yeah.
French.
Come on over here.
Come join the mighty wrench.
Join us.
Over this way.
Come on.
You get to work.
Bench.
I wonder what it's going to be.
But are these things fit in there?
Airplane, cookie shoe, I think.
Wow.
Okay.
We could do our show from a shoe box.
That would be fine.
We get shoe box special.
Let's do it.
All right.
Okay.
Cookies, flakes that carried a bell glove.
Oh, good wrench.
I'm glad you came and visited.
I like a rock.
You have a rock collection, don't you?
Who is a rock collection?
Somebody was just talking about their rock collection.
Not somebody I used to I, I, I lost track of you.
The thing.
Yeah.
Rock are fun.
I have rock collection.
I like to keep them in a Pringles can.
Oh, little fun fact.
They're.
Hey, what is it?
By the way, do you know what's in the shoe box?
Well, according to our friends today, it's a shoe that's in the shoe box.
And that makes sense, actually.
Yeah, that was good.
Good game, everybody.
That was a lot of fun.
Yeah, it was a shoe good.
That's good to.
Know.
Risking life and limb to bring you breaking news wherever you can find it.
Rove is your squirrel on the street.
Excuse me.
Excuse me, pardon me, excuse me.
If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be?
Horse.
A horse, of course.
It would be like a tiger.
Baby Tiger, a tiger.
Not like a big tiger.
A little one.
Yeah, like a small.
Like a miniature tiger.
I think they call those puppy ups.
They.
What would you do with a puppy?
I would snuggle up.
I would be a little snuggle puppy.
A fox, a. Fox.
A dragon.
A pet dragon.
Where would you keep it?
They're pretty big, right?
How would you get a small one then?
Like, I would.
I would like a baby pet.
Oh, baby.
Yeah.
What?
What do you think would make a miniature tiger a good pet?
Like, purr to me?
Like growl to me?
Yeah, that would be nice a little.
It would be comforting, right?
Maybe help you go to sleep.
If you had a voice, what would you name it?
If it was a boy I would be named butterscotch.
But if it was a girl it would be a named Angel.
Wow.
Those are both great names.
What do you think you would do with it?
Right.
Arch back and fly.
Oh, yeah.
They be good for transportation, right?
Yeah.
They make it easy to get quicker.
A car.
Yeah, that would be awesome.
What would you name your puppy?
Happy.
Happy.
That would be her name.
Puppy and a puppy.
What do you think he would like to eat?
He would like to eat tiger food.
Yeah.
Tiger for.
Can you get that at the pet store?
Yeah.
What do you think a horse would eat?
Horses ea carrots, apples and horse food.
What do you think he would like to talk.
So.
Dog food?
That's why they call it the Hudson white moms love the stuff.
All right.
What do you think you would feed a fox?
I'm pretty sure they eat like rabbits and squirrels.
What?
Yeah, they eat squirrels.
You.
You unseated.
A squirrel.
They don't have.
In this box anymore.
They also eat, like.
Spaghetti or something.
No, no.
Can't they also eat mice?
So I guess I can give them mice.
Yeah.
Mice are okay.
Squirrels?
Nah, that ain't going to happen.
Okay.
All right.
Can you believe that?
Yeah, I was gonna.
Squirrel.
How are you?
Squirrel?
On the.
Menu.
Yeah, well, it was just, speaking.
Statistically, it wasn't personal.
Well, I don't know.
I'm feel like I got to lay down.
I'm feeling a little dizz just hearing that again.
Yeah.
Look at me, son.
Names.
Okay.
Yeah.
If you can have any anima as a pet, what would you choose?
I know what I would choose.
I would choose a hawk.
It seems counterintuitive, but here's the thing.
What?
Yeah.
One time I had a hawk grabbed me.
He took me straight across town.
I was great for transportation, so I thought, hey, could have a pet hawk, Peter, that's a great.
Cat.
Yeah.
Cats are popular.
Unicorn.
Oh.
Are you?
I would love a pet unicorn.
A hamster?
Yeah.
Hamste would make a good pet giraffe.
Yeah, giraffes would be good.
If you need the cross water a duck that.
Yeah, yeah, that could be.
The pandas are cute.
They're good to have around the house.
Yeah, I still think I'm gonna stick with the.
Oh.
What would you name your hawk?
Taxi.
Oh, that's kind of like a puppy be named puppy.
Oh, no.
Sam?
Sam.
Yeah.
We gotta move along.
All right?
Yeah, we gotta move on becaus we got to play my favorite game.
Not that I pla favorites or anything, but I do.
This one's got.
Find it there.
Who's.
Ready?
Oh, wait.
They said face to face.
We've got this one.
Okay we really gotta get to this one.
Sam kept us on track.
So here's what we're gonna do.
We give you an object today.
It's a pencil.
You just guess.
What color is it?
It's as simple as that.
What color do you think it is?
I go, I go with blue.
I'm gonna say orange.
Blue.
Orange.
Anybody else?
Any other ideas?
Any serious ideas?
Green.
Yellow.
No, I didn't serious ideas.
They're all serious.
Over.
I think orange is the leader right now.
I was thinking it's going to be an orange pencil.
All right, let's find out.
Let's see.
It was green.
It's green.
Green.
Yeah.
All right.
Sorry about that.
I jumped the gun.
I'm just so excited.
Now we can find it fast.
Okay.
I'm.
All right, here's how we play the game.
We give you three things to find.
Oh, you have to find it fast.
You have to.
Hurry.
I'm ready.
Hey, you need to find something that starts with the letter M, something that is blue an something that's good this year.
Are you ready?
On your marks.
I'm looking at that.
Oh, you're looking already.
Go!
Oh!
I need something.
What am I?
This might work.
It's kind of big there.
I don't know if you.
Remember my mom.
My one, my my my my my my my my mom.
Oh, you got a marker?
Mama?
Mama and the marker.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, I've got something, but it's it's so heavy.
I don't think.
I got this.
Okay, I this is this is my mom.
My mom didn't.
Oh, no.
This is blue.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, blue to blue.
Now.
With your marker, I have a blue.
What about you?
This out.
All right, I can't I can, maybe I can.
Oh, did you see that?
Oh, what do you mean got.
It's a marshmallow.
It's a giant marshmallow, but it's too big.
Okay, Jerry, it's down a marshmallow, though.
Let's.
Okay, I got a marshmallow.
Okay, I got I got a blue water bottle of blue water bottle.
Yeah.
Good job.
It's blue.
So you found two things that are blue.
What's the last thing I want i something that's fun to share.
Did you find that yet?
No.
Yeah, this is from my friends.
They've got some music with them.
A pan and a snack.
I found some blue thread.
I was doing some knitting earlier.
Okay.
Sewing.
Okay.
Oh, I got.
Something to share.
Yeah, I got it.
Red elephant found the mittens.
A table and a handshake.
Are handshake a great.
Thing to share, right?
Oh, yes.
Hey, guys, I found that monkey.
Okay, I got a monkey.
This is, you know, when you get when at dinner and you get a napkin, you can say, like, hey does anyone else need a napkin?
Yeah, that's a great thing.
This is especially.
Yeah, messy face Right?
Yeah.
Yeah, I often do.
Oh, wow.
That you're sharing your ideas with this.
Oh, yeah.
Get mothball.
That starts with ham candy.
Oh.
And coffee.
Don' keep the mothballs by the candy.
That would be really confusing.
And that could not be good.
No, you don't want to eat a mothball.
Coffee's good this year.
Oh, I'm in the envelope that starts with them.
And, ice packs, blue at blue.
Share.
And carrots.
Great to share.
I love carrots, they.
Oh, job.
