The rules and regulations for NJ’s recreational marijuana industry are expected to be released Thursday, starting a countdown to legal recreational sales set to begin within six months. The rules will arrive two days before another deadline -- when towns must decide whether to allow, restrict or outright ban cannabis shops and other related businesses from operating within their borders.
