For David Cooley, if it wasn’t for taking a risk on a coffee shop, he wouldn’t be running one of the most well known restaurants in the world. "When you're looking around The Abbey and you have 1200 people in there, and no one is asking if you're gay or straight, it doesn't matter anymore," David said.
