Republican legislators are looking to reign in the governor's executive powers through a constitutional amendment that would limit the length of gubernatorial executive orders to 15 days unless the Legislature approves an extension. Senior Correspondent David Cruz spoke with state Sen. Joe Pennacchio about why he thinks the governor is overreaching his authority.
